@Emmaculate : Are you already paying for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm? You will only get it if you are. It is not retrospective & so if you order it now it will only apply to future bills. Otherwise look in your phones' Call logs.

You can request itemised billing for future bills by calling us on 150 and the team will get this set up for you 🙂
