      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill on time and intended to pay the next one a bit sooner so I was ahead, I have been suspended until I make a payment which I need my phone activated to accomplish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm really dissatisfied&amp;nbsp; atm and wondered what help I can get as I was suddenly suspended without warning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
