      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my business phone less than 4 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paid £43 about 6 days after receiving it and been sent a letter saying they couldn't take the £52 this month and my account is restricted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a spend cap so no way I've run over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;£95 for 26 says use seems excessive. Still within my rights to send back. What's going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
