You should report any problems to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/get-in-touch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;customer service&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, otherwise how will they know you are having problems?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it is a network issue and not your fault, you could request a credit on your next bill as a goodwill gesture.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Alex&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
