Good morning,

I’m not happy with the service. I phone up yesterday about my address still say my old address on the billing statement but I changed it 5 years ago. I need it changing as I need the statement with my address on it to send to someone. Please sort it

There said they dated it yesterday but still saying my old address

Any account changes can take up to 24 hours to update.

If this has been over 24 hours please call us and ask the team to update the account and also the billing address, this will make sure the old address is removed 🙂
