Hey there you would be better off ringing up CS than posting all your personal info on a community forum. Not the cleverest idea to give random strangers all yre info is it. Thanks

You can set up a direct debit and make the payment in your My EE account online, please see our Set up or change a Direct Debit? Help page for more details 🙂

You can set up your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
