Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I'm exactly the same. I can't pay the bill via BACs, calling I can't get past the dratted robot and can't figure out on MyEE how to pay it eiyher. If this continues I need to go back to BT. I can't be doing with these shenanigans!
