@Katie_B : Why is the Profile denoted by 'E'? Not obvious! Many sites indicate a profile by a person icon or the Username.

Spoke with the relevant team who have advised this should be the initial of your first name and will look into this further.

I have also passed on the feedback of users finding it hard to navigate.
