    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered a phone contract, last week. On the website, got a email telling me I need to ring up and check some details-I did. And was accepted over the phone, sorted out all the details and the guy I spoke to said my upfront cost (£50) paid on the website on my Initial order, would be refunded as a good will gesture?. I’ve tried to speak to someone just to check whether he was telling me the truth or just a bit of BS to try and get me to take an Apple Watch too?. Tried the message service on the app, to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
