How do I withdraw the money I've paid of paid twice?

@Sg1996 You need to call customer services about that.

The 2nd payment will sit on your account and will go towards your next bill if you do nothing about this now.

@Sg1996 You can not do this via the app. Only customer services can have this transferred back to your payment method. The refund has to be sanctioned in order to be given back to you.
