Can EE tell me why they charged me excessively, please? You make me used an unarranged overdraft. Can you please return the money back into my bank account?I was sent a message that i can free data because am using BT at home.if the Data is not free please take it off. Thanks

If you log in to your account you will be able to view a full breakdown of your bill which will show you any out of the allowance charges.
