Hello,

I'm not in England anymore so I need to stop my payment. But I don't know how it works. I can't download app online and can't use call.

so please let me know how to stop payment EE uk.

Welcome to the community,

You should have done this before leaving the UK. You will have to ring customer service from another phone and you need to keep your bank account open, as there could be a final payment to come out. You do have to give 30 days notice, so will have to pay for that time
