&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when a payment doesn't go through fully, it shows as a debit on your online banking, then as a credit just underneath.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this isn't the case, and there are multiple debits, I recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; so they can look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Multiple Times taken payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dear EE team&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I want to complaint about the payment, I had to pay&amp;nbsp; 185.83 pound. I tried 2 times by a call to 150, but it said it failed, And I also did payment by EE application, then it was successful. But when I intered to my bank account , it was taken 3 times. This occasion happened 26th june evening time with my mobile xxxxxxxxxxx. I have also prove of all 3 payment recipts. I want to get a refund of the extra 2 payments.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I look forward to hearing from EE Payment team&lt;/P&gt;
