      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is transferred to PAYG&amp;nbsp;while you were abroad you can't then use it until you return to UK. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
