@Peterblack1 Be on a business contract and you need to call customer service to request the switch.

I have the same issue, however I was told by customer service that I couldn't switch to a business account unless I want to buy out of my personal account first!! I shall try calling again when they are open to see if someone else can help me with my VAT invoice.
