      <description>As you know you have increased my contract from 14.50 to 17.50, and I&lt;BR /&gt;didn't use my data in this month but you have sent me this message today:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hi from EE. As you have a Spend Cap we've now barred some chargeable&lt;BR /&gt;services, including using your phone abroad, MMS, and premium rate&lt;BR /&gt;services. To increase it, you can log into My EE or reply SPEND CAP. Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have used WiFi in this month and I am sure I didn't use my data limit&lt;BR /&gt;this month and this is not fair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;Danial</description>
