I need to change the date I pay my bill due to to changes with work.

I need to change it to the 14th - won’t be able to

Pay my bill till the 14th

It is possible to change your bill date.

Do you have a direct debit in place?

If yes, please follow these steps in the app to change your direct debit date:

Bills and payments > scroll down to Change Direct Debit date.

Thanks for coming here.

To change the direct debit and billing date, log into your My EE account online and go to Bills and Payments > Manage Direct Debit, and you can change the date for your direct debit within account settings.

You can change your Direct Debit date in your My EE account. Let me know how you get on.
