just got my first phone with EE so it has my monthly charges which is ok but then says £50 added from last bill but i dont have a last bill this is my first bill

Has the charge been added to your total payable amount?

If so, this could be a deposit for roaming or another service and will need looked into by our mobile care team by calling 150.

Thanks for heads up I was told package per month would only cost £13 per month. Now I have £50 charge added. Can't get it fixed I'll be switching networks. Only reason I switched was down to package I was offered. Zero points EE.
