    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for heads up I was told package per month would only cost £13 per month. Now I have £50 charge added. Can't get it fixed I'll be switching networks. Only reason I switched was down to package I was offered. Zero points EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Has the charge been added to your total payable amount?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, this could be a deposit for roaming or another service and will need looked into by our mobile care team by calling 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
