My account was suspended as I was in arrears.

I've just paid it off but I still can't make calls/ text or use data.

How long do you think it will take for my suspension to be lifted?

I could be within 24 hours try calling them on 0800 956 6134

I also would like to know this, as normally when I'm late paying my bill I'm reconnected almost immediately. But not this time.

It can take up to 24 hours for your phone to be reconnected if it is suspended for a late payment.
