I upgraded my phone last year August and the guy put me on the plan and asked me if I need Apple Watch plan which I said yes to it.. but apparently he put me on a wrong plan and I was paying something that I could not use as I only noticed that it’s not working when one day I left my phone at home… I called EE and they said that I was put on wrong plan and the guy changed to to correct one .. until now my I’m not connected to the watch.. EE is charging me something that I can’t use.. I also raise ld a complaint but no one got back to me case (ref: ID20651217) . I will need to raise this to offcom @eelimited
