Delinquent account on my credit report

Hi

I cannot find a way to dispute an ee account that is attached to address that I lived at 10 years ago was opened 4 years ago in my name has a £40 balance and is damaging my credit score

can anyone help with this

This is currently happening to me except I don’t live in the house nor did I set up the account

do you know how to make contact with ee or how I find their complaints process ?
