&lt;P&gt;Are you already a customer of EE or are you moving over to EE?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If already a customer, you should have done an upgrade, I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, if that is the case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are moving from another network, then you need to get a PAC code from your previous network, that is the one you have been with. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve just ordered a new sim &amp;amp; phone plan, but I want to keep my current number. How do I do this? I am currently a customer of EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, do I need to cancel my sim only plan or will it cancel automatically??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
