The site has been down for days now and it's the only convenient way I can pay my bill which is now overdue which I don't like. Made a special trip in my lunch break today into store, only to be told, couldn't help as 20 mins minimum wait. Waste of effort and break time. Not good.

@SarahC1203 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Glad you got the help you needed from @XRaySpeX

In regards to your My EE account, is this the app that is not working for you?

If so, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.

Does this work for you?
