      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've been trying to ring you for over 1 hour. Every time I tap speak to someone I get text back that tells me someone will ring me within 15 mins. Then error message and takes me back to start. I have now repeated this 4 times. All I want is to speak to a person re my bill . I'm not happy with bill or service I have&amp;nbsp; een receiving. Please let me know how I speak to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
