&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and change your access from &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;user&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;bill payer.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am the account holder I am the bill payer, but when I go to access my accounts online to see about upgrade my sim or phone or change anything it says I don’t have permission contact the bill later. That’s me?? Can someone help please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
