&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Every year bills increase due to the RPI/CPI, this year by 14%, some networks are charging 17%,, I presume that is what you are writing about, it is in the contract you signed and you should have been informed by letter from EE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This has been largely discussed on the Martin Lewis show as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
