Why can't I see my last bill the last I saw of it it was £33:00 odds today's bill was £77:00 odds and in this year alone you've charged me well over £40 what's going ? I want the complaints department info

My bill is supposed to be £33:00 DDS so why is it 77£ odds this month plus checking back just this year you have charged me sorry over charged me to over £40 sometimes £45:00 what's going on ?
