Can I request a duplicate/copy of my newly phone contract?

Hi all,

Is there a way to request a new copy of invoice for a phone bought in september 2021 from EE ? I'm asking because i don't have the original paper and i need it to prove that phone is still under 24 months warranty. In uk the phone is shown as registered, but at the moment i'm in Romania for next few months and after checking checking by SN or IMEI on samsung romania website it asks for proof of purchase.

The order number that i had is xxxxxxxxxx

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to email you a proof of purchase document.

Hi @MOHAMMAD38 You can request some poof of purchase with one of our guides.

You'd just need to give us a call and then a guide can get it arranged for you.
