&lt;P&gt;It's my understanding that this is only the case if you're upgrading from a phone contract to SIM only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be worth calling &lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt; to double check.&lt;/P&gt;
