    <description>&lt;P&gt;Late last night I thought I was upgrading my phone. I've realised now that I was taking out a new contract. How do I cancel the new contract and phone before it's fully processed so I can upgrade my phone and contract instead. Or is there a way it can be changed to an upgrade instead?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tia&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
