There was absolutely nothing at all during the selling process stating that I needed to trade a phone in. When I saw the confirmation message on the website with my order number I noticed it stated I had to send my phone in.</P><P>My confirmation email has nothing regarding trade ins</P><P>I've been in touch with EE who couldn't help me as they can't find my order details.</P><P>Realistically what can happen? Will I need to cancel the order?
