I am writing to inform you of some difficulties I am facing that have prevented me from making payments on my bills. My son has been in and out of the hospital for the past few months due to a coma. I have provided you with photos and a crime number to prove this, and can supply them again if needed. In light of this, I am hoping to come to an agreement to pay my bill in full by May 31st and would greatly appreciate your cooperation. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your understanding in this matter. tried the number cant get in touch and i have sent emails so struggling to get hold of anyone
