Hi,

I received a message yesterday notifying me that my price plan will increase from 31st March in line with inflation. I’m due an upgrade and would like to seek confirmation that the price plans I’m viewing on my account will also be incurring an increase from March? I’ve spoken with someone and they’ve said that if I upgrade today my price plan won’t be affected until next year. Please can you advise? Thanks.

That's correct! If you upgrade on or after March 1st 2023 your 1st annual increase won't be until after March 31st 2024.
