o2 like EE and others have a yearly price increase.

The price increase is using Decembers CPI rate that was 10.5% and as per your contract it’s CPI plus 3.9%. You did read that contract? And if you didn’t want your device to be part of that contract then you should have taken out a FLEXPAY tariff. There where your device is separate to your call/text/data contract but you purchase the device over a longer period. Just like o2 offer. Did you request that tariff?

How do you calculate 14%? It counts device price too. ?, device i got 1 year ago is now 11 pounds extra. I hate EE, 100% dissatisfied with EE. When I contact customer care, they explain that other mobile vendors have increased. However, I have been using the O2 package for over a year, and the prices have never increased. Shame on you, EE you cheating customers
