      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello, I bought a phone with a contract 1 months ago online, but I think something went wrong, I think my phone came to me and it came with a new datacard and I'm new and the billing is over two lines, I don't want the new number, I want the old billing and everything through my old number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had the same issue. EE support were no help and have cost me money. Best bet is to cancel the new line and return it all. I tried getting things transferred and I've come off *much* worse&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
