&lt;P&gt;Have you tried speaking to customer service, they should be able to advise? I always find them very helpful, they can look into your account and once you know what device you want, also offer you the best deal you can get.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;I was hoping somone could help. I’m on a sim only contract that I started after a call from you guys. I was told when I started it that I would be able to upgrade to a device after a few months. It’s well gone that time now and it’s just telling me that I’m not upgrade eligible. I’m hoping we can get this resolved, as I probably would have just stayed on pay as you go if I had known&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
