Hi I need help I have a contract that is £87 per month with a trade in discount of £22 per month yet I am charged £76 what's the reason no additional data etc used just standard bill ?

Your bill will list all your charges, have you been able to check it?

Yes checked everything it just looks like I'm not getting all of the discount.
