Hello. I got 2 active plans. One contract is finished now. I want to close it, but i want to swap phone numbers. Is it possible?

@Kristine4 If you request to make the contact you want to terminate a PAYG sim then once it’s a PAYG sim you can then request that this number be moved to your contact you want to retain.

You can not move a contract number even if you want to terminate it to another contract it must be a PAYG.

You cannot swap 2 phone nos. When you move either you will lose 1 of them.

To add, the contract is tied to your phone number.

The only two ways to stop a contract but retain the number are to transfer the number - either to PAYG (which can be explicitly requested at time of cancelling) or by porting out using a PAC.

@570826Ap : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
