    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, both of my mobiles numbers have been suspended following a payment needed. However, I have checked my bank account and you took a payment of over £60 at the start of April. Please can someone get me account up and running again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot call, as I have no service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
