Overdue bill

I know my bill was due at the end of the month but I’ve had my child in hospital and a large bill that I had to pay I will pay double at the end of the month is there any chance my phone won’t be cut off as I need it at the minute till I pay double end of month.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

I’ll pay jan and feb on 9th of feb been in hospital and im self employed if that’s ok

@Rickycseddon89 That’s not for anyone here to agree with. You have to call customer support about this if you don’t you’ll be cut off for none payment as per the T&Cs of the contract.
