My bill has gone up but i dont understand why?

My bill says its £22 a month no frills but I have an £8 per month deal thats just gone up with inflation to 9.16 a month. I don't have any clue how this has happened I haven't changed anything

If your line was £8 then you're right, it shouldn't have gone up by £14! (CPI+ isn't 175% at last check!)

You should contact customer services and see what they say has gone wrong with your account.

When you signed up was it discounted? The discount might have dropped off and caused the big increase but only CS will be able to tell you.
