@kiya07ollie10 Then you need to call customer services request. you will be charged a monthly fee of I believe £2.75.

Was this a paper bill you received in the post?

Is it for a mobile number you're using or a different one?

Was your usual direct debit taken successfully?

This was a letter posted , I have logged in to my ee and it says I don't owe anything account number

Are they for your current phone number or a different one?

I have a BUISNESS account, and an account which I'm managing for my disabled son . I'm sure it's this account. If so I need to pay the balance ASAP. Sent from my Galaxy

You should see a mobile number listed on the bill to help you identify which account it's for.
