I lost my Sim card and my iphone no longer works but I need to retrieve some phone records from one of my previous bills.

How do I do this?

Your bills can be found in your My EE account. What kind of information are you looking for?

Have you reported your SIM as lost?

@Dori10 You login to your online EE account. This only shows the amount you pay it doesn’t show anything else like itemisation if your not pay for it at that time.

You can request a replacement sim by going to an EE store with photo ID or by calling customer services.
