olmobile numbers

I have lost two mobile numbers which linked to banks hmrc etc second authentication websites. I am not allowed to retrieve them back. Can this be rectify? I don't need other mobile numbers except the one ending 6427. The whole saga is stupid. My ex hushand used POA to close the lines without my prior knowledge. I had a mental breakdown due to each Covid Vaccination. He does not know it better. Now, the hummty dummty is again falling from sitting on the wall. Can there be any remedial action on this?
