Hi all I accidentally hit leave Ee on the app ad I got a text message telling me my early end payment is this just a generated message or do I need to contact Ee to make sure I didn’t end my contract

@doddy1970 : You can't cancel your contract by text or online; only by phoning CS or via PAC. All you've done is request the amount of your Early Termination Fees to be sent to you.

I think they need to change the wording of the message.
that’s the best solution in my opinion
