My 24 month contract ends in 5 days

I have got the PAC number from EE

Do I have to inform EE that am leaving? or I just swap networks?

@Jramos Just give that code to the new network. Do this before the 5 days are up or you’ll pay for another month with EE, and you need a new PAC code.

Hi,

my SIM only 24 months contracts ends next week.

I want to change for a different provider.

Do I have to call now, or by using the PAC number will automatically ends the contract?

Hi @Jramos

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you use your PAC code it will automatically cancel your contract if you use your PAC code now your number will transfer on Wednesday due to the Bank Holiday.
