      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing to get more information/help with upgrading my tablet to a sim only plan. It has&amp;nbsp; been out of contract now for over 6 months but I've been still paying the 40 pounds a month for it. I am wanted to change the plan to something cheaper as it is not due an upgrade. But I am unable to do it on the app and our local store has closed. Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
