Hi,

I want to cancel a phone on the plan.

Can calls be diverted from old number to new number?

I can not get through to speak to anyone on how to cancel the phone, it is not in contract.

Cancelling one of your lines won't automatically cancel the other, but I'm afraid it isn't possible to divert calls from the number once it has been cancelled.
