      <title>Account suspended after upgrading to new monthly contract until I pay £1099!??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've upgraded my phone recently and selected the £90 per month option for doing so. All done through the phone to EE and now I cannot make calls and data has been suspended because I apparently owe you £1099!!??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have finally spoken to a representative and it has been resolved. Big error on EE's part to falsely claim I owed over £1000, all resolved now.
