I am currently paying for 2 telephones and a tablet.I had to get a replacement phone as my other one was stolen a year ago.The contract on the stolen phone has now expired. How do I cancel the expired contract whilst still kerping my original phone no which was tranferred to my new phone.I called in the local EE shop, but frankly did not find them very helpful.Advice Please!!? Costing over £50 pm at moment!!

As a broad rule, EE will not transfer numbered between pay-monthly phones as this is what upgrades are for.

It sounds like your replacement phone was a new contract - in which case the only way will be to port your existing line either to another network via a PAC, or to EE PAYG. And then port back into your new phone.
